Super séjour avec des hôtes adorables

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes+4 enfants) dans le camping car de polly et andy qui est bien fonctionnel et en très bon état. nous recommandons vivement ce véhicule et ses propriétaires bien sympathiques!

This is a camper van owner's worst nightmare. our camper van has come back with over 2000€ worth of damage, it has been mistreated, misused and trashed. a smashed window stuck together with orange tape, scratches inside and out, a bent tv antenna, every hinge of nearly every window broken, a broken catch on the front door, stained and picked at upholstery on our newly covered seats, a chunk taken out of our newly made table, a hole in the camping table (also brand new). our campervan came back full of sand, dirt and dog hair and it smells of smoke. the renter arrived three and half hours late to drop it off. during the inventory the renter became very defensive claiming the damage was already there. and yes of course, there was some damage before but this was pointed out at the beginning with photo proof. they were very reluctant to sign the inventory and used very offensive and derogatory language. we are very upset and very angry. this was our home for 6 months, it is our nest and it has been totally violated. these people can not be allowed to sent out another campervan
